Kingpin’s Alley COVID-19 Update

Kingpin’s Alley is happy to be open once again to serve our many loyal and hopefully new customers.  During the five month shutdown, we spent many long hours cleaning and sanitizing our facility to ensure the safety and well being of our staff and customers.  We are proud to open our doors and welcome everyone in.

There are protocols in place that MUST be followed so that everyone is insured a safe and fun experience.

• Kingpin’s Alley will be able to operate at a 50 percent maximum occupancy limit.

• Face coverings are required at all times unless customer is seated while eating or drinking.

• Clear plastic barriers are in place between every lane.

• Patrons need to stay with the party at their assigned lane.

• Thorough cleaning and disinfection of shared or rented equipment between each use will be required.

• All food service must be be done through our waitstaff. Customers will not be allowed to walk up to the snackbar or bar window to order.

• All alcoholic drinks must be accompanied by a food purchase that meets or exceeds New York State SLA guidelines.

• All food and alcoholic drinks must be consumed while sitting.

• The video arcade is closed at this time.

Kingpin’s Alley reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s) that does not follow these rules.  Customers who violate our policies will be asked to leave the bowling center and no refunds will be given.
